What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer affordable prices and offer loyalty discounts for my continued customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer will on board with their information. Collecting email, phone, and payment preferences. They will be recorded into the loyalty system and referral discount of 15% on their next project. Give 10% and get 15% for all referrals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every job I disclose my 100% transparency position on each project. The customer will be understood and I will break down each process in my work as to what needs to be addressed with honest and fair prices.
