- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the volume of material being removed, labor involved, accessibility, and disposal costs. We provide upfront pricing with no hidden fees, and disposal is included unless otherwise discussed. We also offer free estimates and always try to provide fair pricing while maintaining quality service. As a local family owned business, we value long term relationships over one time transactions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer reaches out, we gather a few details and photos of the project whenever possible. We then provide an upfront estimate and answer any questions they may have. Once approved, we schedule a convenient time, arrive on time, complete the work efficiently, and make sure everything is cleaned up before we leave. Our goal is to make the process simple.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on experience in junk removal, hauling, light demolition, property cleanouts, and customer service. Every project teaches something new, and we stay focused on safe removal practices, proper disposal methods, and providing a professional customer experience. We also carry insurance and continually invest in equipment and processes that help us serve our customers better.
