- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When I was a mental health provider we were required to complete 40 hours every two years for continuing education. Although I am no longer practicing as a mental health provider, I still choose to further my education regularly to stay informed both within the coaching and the mental health profession. It is very important to have the ability to give my clients accurate information to further their growth.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Spend a few moments on the phone talking with a provider before you actually have a session. Most people get a "feel" if it will be a good connection or not.
