Great experience. My cat was matted on his back. It was hurting him. He let her shave him but said no to a bath this time. This was his first grooming. He still went to her when he came back in so he likes her. I was very satisfied. I will use her again.

Victoria did a great job! Jasmine is not one that likes to go to the groomer or anywhere in the car so being able to have someone come to her was a big advantage. Jasmine had several bad mats on her back and Victoria was able to take care of them and make jasmine look amazing! We couldn't be happier!

WOW!!! What an amazing experience. My first time using Thumbtack and I Struck GOLD. I reached out to Victoria and within 2 hours she was in front of my house and ready to take on both my Yorki and Chihuahua. Both of my dogs took to Victoria instantly and 90 mins later I have 2 perfectly groomed princesses running around my house. Victoria is personable and just a pleasure to do business with. Her rates are more then fair (TIP HER WELL) she deserves it. Ive already scheduled my next appointment and look forward to telling all of my friends about this amazing service.

Victoria was able to fit my 2 dogs in for a last minute appointment this last weekend which normally never happens with groomers! Victoria was very kind and patient with my two fussy Shih Tzus and was still able to be open and friendly! I definitely appreciate the great job she did and her professionalism. She is now my go to groomer as she is the first groomer in Phoenix that I feel is hands down the best all around regarding customer service and satisfaction as well as her detailed grooming!
