My wife and I love the hospitality industry. We have a knack for making people feel welcome and our executive chef is amazing at feeding them great meals.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Currently, it's our BBQ. Don knows how to make the fanciest of meals with the best of them. He is formally trained and can work at any level.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently fed a group of professionals who are also west valley philanthropists. They know good food. We fed them a mix of BBQ and other culinary delights. All night they were complimenting us on how authentic and fresh their meals tasted, and have other jobs lined up for us!
