- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If your selling your home,Real estate commissions are negotiable between the seller and the broker. The seller pays the agent and if your buying a home you don’t have to pay the agent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to them about their real estate goals and how I can help them get there. We go over any steps they need to take and then we can decide on a game plan that suits them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I complete over 30 hours of ongoing education every 2 years to stay up to date on any Real Estate eduction.
