What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on total square footage of glass. Variations include project distance, window height, film thickness, film type. Average cost before discounts is $6.00/sq.ft.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quotes are easily generated through a series of emails, a short phone conversation, or by a visit to the property. Once a price is agreed upon, and a film is selected, a holding deposit is then requested. (typically 30% up front) Installation can usually begin the very next day.
