I am very impressed with how quickly DataFast works! I took my computer to them to have a virus removed, little did I know I had more than one virus on my computer. I was able to take my computer in on Tuesday morning and I got it back Wednesday morning! They also installed a great virus protection software onto my computer so I won't have this problem again! Stephen was very knowledgeable and I am very happy my computer is back to it proper working order! I will tell everyone to use DataFast!

Michael was excellent. He showed up at my house right when he said he could. There was come glitch with my computer so he offered to take it with hi to his store, fix it there and then go out of his way to return it to me me on his own time. The whole time he explained exactly what he was doing, educated me to the process which is what I like and took extra care with my Mac to make sure nothing was damaged. He even cleaned out the insides once he had it open. I would re-hire him and his company again in a heartbeat. Good luck!

They got my computer up and running in a few hours but the 'off brand' battery they sold me doesn't hold a charge for more than an hour!

All worked out in the end. Michael has more than one store and the employee at a satellite store in which my computer was being repaired called me with a quote of 150.00 to replace the power supply and to ask if I wanted to repair it or not since it was an older model. I requested the repair. He called back in few hours to let me know it was complete and just wanted to let me know he used a refurbished power supply. This was not acceptable to me so he said a new one would take a few days and would be 200.00 and the one that he used was from a computer that was hardly used (that would make it a used part not refurbished). I emailed Michael and he responded within the hour and apologized and said he would make sure a new part was used. I picked up the computer the next day and the employee apologized and let me know it was the first one he had installed on his own without someone there and they usually handled calling the customer. My computer works fine but not sure if the power supply used was new, refurbished or used - no box was shown.
