Andrew and Kevin were a delight to work with. We had four Ring cameras installed, two of which required drilling through the wall to get connected to electricity. They were very diligent in making sure that the wires did not require any holes in the drywall, They cleaned up any debris on the floor; I couldn't tell they had been here. Kevin explained how to work the Ring application. There was a problem with one cameral causing unwanted notifications. Andrew was able to resolve the situation remotely. I would recommend this company, and Andrew and Kevin, without reservation.

The team did a fantastic job recalibrating the existing security cameras when we moved into our home. We finally got them working after nearly two years of being here. They did a great job hooking up the recorder and syncing it to our router/phones. So relieved to have more protection for our home!

The whole team that came out was amazing from start to finish. All of the wiring for my cameras was hidden in the subfloor, and the cameras provide me full coverage for the exterior of our house. They even walked me through the operation of my DVR and the phone app. I highly recommend them!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the amount of knowledge we have in the industry, we may not always be the cheapest option, but we will have superior installations and customer satisfaction. We do jobs once, not twice! Many of our installations are after another company or unlicensed "pro" has come out and not been able to complete the job correctly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will require a phone call to confirm a date and time with the customer if you set an appointment, we must speak with you before coming to confirm the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have passed all required state testing and have been working hands on myself in the field for over 10 years as well as hiring and training others. All technicians have also been registered as (Alarm Agents) with the Arizona Board of Technical Registration. This is extremely important and should be renewed every 2 years so make sure to ask to see ID before coming into the home. We are also licensed, bonded, and insured!
