FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves on quality service. So we may be slightly higher priced than discount competitors. But, we're always willing to work with our customers to fit their budget. At the end of the day, we won't squabble over a few dollars.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I (the owner) will stop by to take a full look and inspection at the pool. From there, we can chat and I'll start immediately. We want the onboarding process to be as hassle free as possible for new customers. If there are existing problems we can talk through them, but I'll never recommend an upgrade or repair that you don't actually need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My grandfather started the pool business in the 70s. I've been helping him as my summer job since high school. I have a deep knowledge of systems, new and old. We only hire experienced pool operators. No dingy high school kids in this business.
