FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive. We simply base it on the type of project, RAW or edited footage, amount of coverage or time scheduled, if 1 or 2 videographers are needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether it be in person, over the phone or by email, we first want to listen and make sure we understand from the get go what a client or team of people are needing. We then ask questions to clarify or confirm this information so we can assist our clients in answering any questions they may have or provide solutions in order for the project to go as smoothly as possible. To provide a positive experience as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my initial training came from watching or working with others. Camera fundamentals and filming techniques that could be achieved either on a budget or with solid equipment. I have learned so much from fellow videographers and photographers both on and offline. The inspiration is always there and it's also given me the chance to help others just starting out or considering a new camera or accessory. Formal training was for my Part 107 drone license.
