- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is not based on an hourly rate, every repair I do has a separate cost
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to knock on the customers door, introduce myself, give them my business card.at that point I like to look at the plumbing issue and diagnose it. Then I will come up with a price for the repair and discuss it with the homeowner.after completing the repair I usually clean up after myself, before I ask for payment
