Hired to do lights and he ended up doing a plumbing job for us as well. He was very flexible and worked with us on our timeline. Highly recommend for your projects.
Hired Joe to fix a cracked kitchen sink drain pipe and other leaks in a 100 yr old farmhouse that is sinking due to foundation issues. Diagnosed the main issue is from poor drainage then went inside and fixed all the problems quickly and even added a water line to the refrigerator… all at a reasonable price.

I’ve been investing in, maintaining & managing residential rental property for 20+ years. I bought my first property when I was 20 years old. I was a Broker in Washington state and Nevada for a decade each.

I wanted cable TV in my room when I was 10 years old so I taught myself how to run cable through walls.
