FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For appliance installations, most standard kitchen units fall in the $85–$150 range per appliance. Every home is different, and sometimes an installation requires a small modification that isn’t truly “standard.” When that happens, we always stop to explain the situation and any additional cost before moving forward. In some cases, we can handle minor adjustments at no extra charge. For exterior cleaning services—such as pressure washing, window cleaning, parking lot sweeping, or line striping—pricing generally starts at $150. We also provide discounts when customers bundle multiple services or schedule recurring work, which helps save money and keeps properties looking great year-round. Our goal is to keep pricing fair, transparent, and free of surprises. Customers will always know what to expect before the work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to be simple and transparent from start to finish. Quote & review. We gather your information and the services you’re looking for, then provide a detailed quote for review. Scheduling. Once the quote is approved, we schedule the service and send a booking confirmation so you know exactly what to expect. Service day. Our team arrives on time, evaluates the property, and reports any issues that may need attention before beginning work. Completion & walkthrough. After the service is complete, we perform a final inspection and walkthrough with you to make sure everything meets your satisfaction. Our goal is to keep the process easy, efficient, and stress-free so you can trust the job will be done right the first time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Appliance Installation Our team has hands-on trade school experience in the home improvement and home building fields, which gave us a strong foundation in cabinetry and framing. This knowledge is valuable when appliance installations require modifications to fit properly. We’ve also completed manufacturer training from LG, Whirlpool, and Sub-Zero, and we bring more than five years of appliance installation experience. Our background includes working with both a family-owned appliance company and one of the largest appliance providers in the area, giving us extensive real-world expertise. Exterior Cleaning & Maintenance For our exterior services, our technicians receive regular equipment training, instruction in chemical applications, and safety procedures to ensure jobs are done effectively and responsibly. In addition, we hold an ROC license for striping, which qualifies us to perform professional parking lot line striping to meet safety and compliance standards. This combination of formal training, manufacturer certifications, and years of hands-on experience means our customers can trust us to deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality work across every service we provide.
