- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
They most expensive one and that customers just go buy new appliance are motors or compressors.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes our vendors offer classes of the new appliances coming out three times a year. Vendors are samsung, whirlpoo, ge, maytag, and lg.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Well I had a 3 month old fridge that was not cooloing I had 3 tech come out and they all wanted 500 dollers to repair it I tought I would just buy a new one, but then My huband open it and saw it was just a fan motor not moving. From then on he went to school and we started to repair appliance honest and cheap as we could. We like getting done right the first time and customer call back because they trust us.
