- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No hidden fees, what I quoted is what you'll pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come out, I throughly diagnose your appliance, you recieve a quote. if you decide to move forward with the repair, you'd only pay the quoted price. if not, the service call fee will apply.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I stay up to date on most factory trainings available forbthe most popular brands but my 16 years of field experience is always the most important one.
