He was able to take apart my whole dryer and diagnose the problem very quickly. My dryer motor burned out and he very honestly told me that it was too expensive to repair and I was better off buying another dryer. I appreciated his honesty! :-)

Both techs (Mark and Olof ?)were efficient, excellent @ answering questions, explaining the problem and the process, assessing what parts were needed and providing estimated cost.
