FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on a standard fee schedule, with the final cost determined by the scope and complexity of the assignment. Additional charges may apply for unique property characteristics, rush requests, or other special requirements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The appraisal process begins with an initial interview to gather details about the property’s condition, characteristics, and scope of work. An inspection—typically 45–60 minutes (may vary depending on property size)—is then completed, followed by a detailed analysis and final report prepared by the appraiser.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Residential Real Estate Appraisal Certification, along with yearly continuing education.
