I contacted Vizcom to remove the asbestos tiles from my Sun City home remodel. Robert immediately responded and came out to take a look. After taking ALL the time needed to answer ALL my questions and concerns , they had a quote ready for me the same day. They are experts in the field of abatement with several decades of experience removing asbestos safely and efficiently while providing an outstanding and exceptional level of attention to detail. They documented every step of the way with pictures and videos which allowed me to follow the process from start to finish. They identified 2 asbestos cement pipes and were able to remove them during the process as well as some drywall. While working with Robert, Martin and Omar during the abatement process, they were able to advise and offer many suggestions and options for all the other areas that need remodeling and were even able to advance that process due to their expertise in all areas of construction and renovations. They are a full service contracting company that provide a superior level of workmanship and customer service and I highly recommend Vizcom for all your abatement, construction and remodeling needs. A special thank you to Robert who ensured that every detail, question or concern that I had was met with patience and understanding which allowed me to have complete confidence that I was in very good hands. The whole team at Vizcom provided an outstanding level of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

We recently had a mold remediation project at our commercial property due to several leaks, and I can confidently say that our experience with Vizcom Contracting exceeded all expectations. After reaching out to several companies for quotes, no one matched the professionalism and thoroughness of Vizcom. From the outset, their team took the time to educate us on the remediation process, detailing every step from start to finish. They also informed us about what to look for in a contractor if we decided to go elsewhere. After gathering more quotes and speaking with other companies, we ultimately chose Vizcom because of their transparency and commitment to our understanding and peace of mind. The technicians at Vizcom are not only highly skilled and competent, but they also maintain excellent communication throughout the project. They provided daily updates complete with pictures, allowing us to track progress closely. An added bonus is their roofing division, which developed a comprehensive plan to eliminate the leaks and offered us an outstanding warranty. We couldnt have chosen a better company for the job. I highly recommend Vizcom Contracting to anyone seeking quality work and a stellar experience.

Had water damage in our condo this winter from a broken pipe. Vizcom showed up immediately and began mitigation. After samples of joint compound were found to have asbestos, Vizcom contained area and did complete testing and abatement. One of the best contractors I've worked with. I had Viscom CL repair my roof and helped me clear my land of trash. They did such a good job I decided to use the company to have the house painted. They repaired and replaced all my damaged siding and even went extra mile and repaired old doors and leaky faucets. Every detail was communicated to me by either the head contractor or the owner Omar. The pricing was as expected for the job that was done. If you want a contractor that really cares about the quality of work theyre doing use this company. You will not regret it. I will be using them in the future if needed.
