Hi, I’m Eddie, owner and bartender of Barrels & Bubbles. Originally from just north of Boston, I grew up around great food, big gatherings and heartfelt hospitality.
With a background in culinary arts and hospitality management, I bring a polished, intentional approach to mobile bartending. After moving to Arizona in 2022, I created Barrels & Bubbles to offer a refined, rustic and elegant bar experience that feels personal and seamless.

I have worked with Eddie for several years now and I can confidently say this IS the person you want to hire for your event! Eddie is one of the most reliable and hardworking people I know.He is incredibly detail-oriented (in the best way) and makes sure everything is executed with care. He is very efficient and always goes above and beyond what is expected. He never turns down an opportunity to help out where he is needed and puts the same level of care, effort, and attention into his mobile bar company. I assure you, you'll be in very good hands. He is very understanding and accommodating and also the kindest person you will meet. I hired Barrels and Bubbles for my sisters bridal shower this previous weekend and I simply cannot express enough how fun, professional, and personable Eddie was! Not only were the drinks cute and crafty, but the service was so fun, inviting, and added so perfectly to the atmosphere of the party! Guests were constantly crowding around him, and he was more than happy to entertain and fuel the energy. We will 100% invite Barrels and Bubbles to tend to future events and honestly, wed want them to come to the wedding now!!
