- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the number of guests, the type of bar service you want (beer & wine, full bar, specialty cocktails), and the length of your event. I offer transparent, all-inclusive packages so you know exactly what’s included—no hidden fees. Every quote is customized to fit your event and your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer reaches out, I respond quickly and provide a clear explanation of my pricing and what’s included. From there, I ask when they’re available for a quick call to go over the details of their event. This helps me understand exactly what they’re looking for and how I can make the day special and stress-free for them. After our conversation, I create a customized invoice based on what we discussed and send it via email for review. Once everything looks good, I send over the contract to finalize the booking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, working in both fine dining and casual dining environments. I’m a certified bartender with professional training in mixology and responsible alcohol service. My background has given me extensive knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beer, as well as the ability to provide exceptional service for any type of event.
