Oscar did a great job with my bathtub resurfacing. He was very kind and professional throughout the process, and the price was very reasonable. There was a small issue at first, but he came back promptly and fixed it without any hassle. I really appreciated the responsiveness and service. I’ll definitely use them again next time.

This company did a great job and the end product was beautiful. Techs were friendly and thorough in their work. Handled all questions professionally. The only thing that I thought could have been better is communication on the actual process. This was a rental of ours they were working on and we had another contractor doing some repair work and I should have been told that no one should be in the house when they are applying the materials to the tub and showers. The smell is overwhelming and chemical. It goes away after a day, but I would have scheduled them when no one else was there doing work. I would appreciated the heads up.

Shineback Services LLC's reply

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you were happy with the final results and that you found our technicians friendly, thorough, and professional. We appreciate your comments regarding the odor during the application process. Professional resurfacing materials can produce a strong odor during application, and we use ventilation and extraction equipment to help manage it. We understand that some customers or contractors may prefer not to remain inside the property during this part of the process, and we will make an effort to communicate this more clearly in advance. Thank you again for choosing Shineback Services. We truly appreciate your business and your positive comments about the quality of our work.
