- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on your desired result. We provide a detailed estimate allowing you to choose what's most important to you. Discounts are negotiated based on the totality of a project. The more you do the more flexible we can be. You are in control.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From our first contact email/text we may ask for a description & photos of the project. At which point we may give you a rough idea of the project cost. Then an appointment to meet can be set for a more detailed discussion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had the privilege to work with a number of custom cabinet companies here in the valley. Doing so has afforded me the opportunity to learn a number of techniques. I then took what I learned to develop a proprietary process.
