Tim is a great person who called me soon after I submitted my request. He scheduled the appointment to my preferred schedule and was here at that time. The rug cleaning was amazing, taking care of all the spots along with giving us feedback that could reduce any possible spots when trying to get rid of a spot. My wife was soo happy how things turned out. We have a carpet cleaner for life now!

We had a large throw rug (14x14) needing to be cleaned after being stored for five years and picking up some stains along the way. I reached out to Tim, who was very responsive and was able to fit us in during our remodeling project. The work was handled quickly and expertly, and within the projected price he had quoted. He was a pleasure to work with and we are very happy with the results.
