I booked them to clean my mom’s carpets and have not seen the results, however she was very pleased!!! They were responsive, timely, courteous and most importantly kind & accommodating. I rent a lovely home in Tempe, but the stairs and upstairs have ancient brown carpet. It is worn and stained and I had resigned myself to ugly floors. I realized yesterday that I had not had the carpet cleaned in AGES (I'm too embarrassed to admit how long it has been) so I logged into Thumbtack, hoping to find a reasonably priced professional who could do the job ASAP. It was my lucky day, because the first response came from Carpet Cleaning #1. They replied within fifteen minutes of my inquiry, provided a quote that was very affordable and much less than I expected, and scheduled me for the very next day. As promised, they texted me 45 minutes prior to their arrival - which was exactly on time. None of the crazy "four hour window" nonsense that consumes your entire day. The pro, Justin, was polite, friendly and extremely efficient - he completed the job in under two hours. Due to the age and condition of the carpet, I honestly was not expecting a dramatic difference after cleaning. I was beyond surprised when I discovered that Justin had magically taken ten years off the carpet - it is bright, stain free, and smells great (don't forget to ask about the deodorizer and enzyme treatment!) I could not be happier with the results. I will be reaching out to Carpet Cleaning #1 every six months to keep our home clean, healthy and looking its best. So glad I found them!
