Tim is a great person who called me soon after I submitted my request. He scheduled the appointment to my preferred schedule and was here at that time. The rug cleaning was amazing, taking care of all the spots along with giving us feedback that could reduce any possible spots when trying to get rid of a spot. I rent a lovely home in Tempe, but the stairs and upstairs have ancient brown carpet. It is worn and stained and I had resigned myself to ugly floors. I realized yesterday that I had not had the carpet cleaned in AGES (I'm too embarrassed to admit how long it has been) so I logged into Thumbtack, hoping to find a reasonably priced professional who could do the job ASAP. It was my lucky day, because the first response came from Carpet Cleaning #1. They replied within fifteen minutes of my inquiry, provided a quote that was very affordable and much less than I expected, and scheduled me for the very next day. As promised, they texted me 45 minutes prior to their arrival - which was exactly on time. None of the crazy "four hour window" nonsense that consumes your entire day. The pro, Justin, was polite, friendly and extremely efficient - he completed the job in under two hours. Due to the age and condition of the carpet, I honestly was not expecting a dramatic difference after cleaning. I was beyond surprised when I discovered that Justin had magically taken ten years off the carpet - it is bright, stain free, and smells great (don't forget to ask about the deodorizer and enzyme treatment!) I could not be happier with the results. I will be reaching out to Carpet Cleaning #1 every six months to keep our home clean, healthy and looking its best. So glad I found them!
