We had our carpet cleaned after our oldest dog had a few too many accidents and it looks absolutely amazing. Valentin showed up right on time, was easy to talk to and very communicative, did the job quickly, and everything looks and smells amazing. The quality of the cleaning was better than anything we've had before and we'll definitely use the service again!

After reading reviews & ultimately taking a guess - I had OxiFresh come out to clean our carpets (liking their advertisement about being green & eco-friendly). Once the guy arrived (super nice guy & nothing bad to say about him personally) he told me the awesome things about the difference of OxiFresh vs steam cleaning. I know nothing about any of this stuff but it sounded amazing. The aftermath was not amazing. The few stains were still there, he advised that I vacuum all the pet hair after he left & then it should be good. The carpets were not CLEAN. I reached out to Valentin, owner of Emerald Cleaning Service & had him come out to clean the carpets. I will use Valentin for as long as he does carpets - and he is a lot younger than me so I should be set for life. 😂 Valentin is ethical, professional & he has been doing carpet cleaning for 15+ years - he knows his stuff! He was quick, clean & half the price of the big name company - all the things a consumer would want. AND he gave us all kinds of tips for what household products to use for spot-checks & for our laminate floors, etc. We now have beautiful, CLEAN, carpets & got a ‘Floors 101’ class! Valentin is very hard-working & a class act with experiance that produces quality at a competitive price! THANK YOU VALENTIN! You are awesome & I appreciate you!
