They were able to clean my carpet same day and within my time frame. Arrived exactly as promised, did a pretreat on traffic areas, did an amazing job getting it cleaned and he understood my reason for same day. Very professional. Will have them again. Price was very reasonable for the work he did.

We thought we would have to replace the carpet in our guest bedroom, but we thought that we might be able to extend its life, so we called professional carpet and had them come out to to clean it. they did such an amazing job that it looks like we will get a few more years out of the carpet!

Nick was here 30 minutes prior to our appointment upon calling before saying he was on his way. We had already talked on the phone about the needs we had with the type of carpet we had and without any problem he answered exactly as we already knew the issues. When he arrived, he went over and beyond my expectations about what needed to be done. He knows his work and does it with a personal reach to people with clear understanding. Even before he left, he asked if there was anything else we needed before he left. He pointed out areas that we knew were worn or damaged and couldn't be made perfect which we understood. He put down cards on the tile floors to alert us to slipping issues and gave us plastic footies to walk on the newly steamed carpet. His personal life in the military as a Veteran impressed us as ones who could relate to him. This is Nick's career and he's good at it. Use him you won't be sorry.
