We were in a bit of a pickle when the last guy didn’t show up as scheduled as we already had our furniture moved around, etc. I reached out to Thumbtack to find another professional carpet cleaner. Confidence was low as it was last minute on a Saturday on Mother’s Day weekend. Fortunately for us, Nick from Professional Carpet Cleaning Phoenix answered our request on Thumbtack immediately. After a quick conversation to explain our situation, Nick dropped everything and was at our doorstep within 45 minutes. He had another job scheduled for later in the day, so he skipped his lunch to come over and help us out! Nick was prompt, professional, and competitively priced. As a fellow military veteran himself, he also gave us a military discount. While never expected, it is always appreciated. Thanks for your service, Nick! He even gave us a terrific recommendation for a nearby restaurant that serves fabulous pasta dishes, which we checked out later that day! I had a few area rugs and carpeted stairs that needed a good cleaning. I hopped on the Thumbtack site, plugged in some info and got a call within 5-10 minutes from Nick. He was able to come same day, offered a price I was very happy with and did an excellent job cleaning the rugs/carpet! He very friendly, I appreciate the great customer service. I’m so impressed with the service from this carpet cleaning company! They were on time, professional, and super friendly from the moment they arrived.
