They were able to clean my carpet same day and within my time frame. Arrived exactly as promised, did a pretreat on traffic areas, did an amazing job getting it cleaned and he understood my reason for same day. Very professional. Will have them again. Price was very reasonable for the work he did.

We thought we would have to replace the carpet in our guest bedroom, but we thought that we might be able to extend its life, so we called professional carpet and had them come out to to clean it. they did such an amazing job that it looks like we will get a few more years out of the carpet!

I have used this pro twice and his results and equipment and service are top notch. I will not use anyone else--ever. There are a lot of rinky dink companies out there that promise you the world and dont deliver or show up with sad underpowered equipment. Not here! Worth every penny and owner operated and serviced. My picture is of all the dog hair that came up after one "professional" cleaned and 3 attempts with a DIY carpet cleaner. His machine is 6 HP!
