I have used this company before and they did a great job. Then I let time go by for 2 years and the carpets were full of spots and filthy. Yuck. They were quick to respond, came out the next day, and it looks so much better. They care about what they are doing. I had tried a friend’s referral, someone listed on this app. On the call to confirm everything the guy was really weird and creepy. Stick with who you know!
