- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon first contact, our catering staff will discuss with you the style, budget, service expectations, and menu for the event. We will also provide a timeline for future communication, invoicing, and establish methods of contact between the time of booking and your catering event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The staff of Frites Street represent a combined industry presence of over 50 years experience throughout the nation, including major markets such as New York City, Chicago, Nashville, and, of course, Phoenix. Executive Chef Carly Bielecki has established and maintained catering programs at several Chicago-area restaurants, and will be available to create the perfect offerings for your event.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have provided services for everything from corporate offices providing meals for staff, to music festival employees, to casual at-home gatherings, and celebrations including Bar Mitzvahs, birthdays, and more. We can develop a menu to suit any event!
