Hi! My name is Rica! My team's duty is to bring fine dining to your home, an epicurean experience that will satisfy your palate! Every customer's menu is modified to their enjoying; including cooking styles from around the world or region, and also considering any dietary are confinements. Local's freshest ingredients are always used. Cooking, it is the only thing that makes me happy and knowing my creativities makes others cheerful, as well. I appreciate making menus for individuals and families because they can get back home to a solid supper and have some quality time together. Instructing teens and adults good cooking skills is an option.

Rica and her professional staff set the bar for what you envision your holiday, birthday, corporate event to be and then they blow your mind as they exceed your expectations. From start to finish, Ms. Rica made the planning of my event super easy. I told her what I wanted, gave her my budget and within an hour I had what would end up being 90% of my event planned two months out. Rica is extremely easy to work with, makes a point to understand what her customer is looking for and offers wonderful suggestions along the way. She is very responsive to emails and texts, you clearly feel like a priority client. You get all this great service and then THERE’S THE FOOD!!! OMG! The food. I chose a southern/Louisiana menu. My friends are still talking about the food. I have already told them to expect her every year. It was definitely a night to remember.

Chef Rica is amazing! We have used her for a couple events (anniversary and birthday party). Both small AND her custom menus did not disappoint. The guest had rave reviews and there were no leftovers after everyone packed their take-out containers. We will always use Chef Rica when she is available. There isn't another Chef like her, in my opinion.

Rica was excellent. On time and flexible with the menu she taught my wife and I how to make Puerto Rican specialties. She went above and beyond teaching us knife skills and cooking techniques. Maintained appropriate safety standards for COVID as well. Really enjoyed it and will likely do another class with her

OMG!!! What a night. I hired Rica as a birthday gift for my siblings and their spouses. She was not only accommodating but very professional. She worked with me on the menu and did an amazing job. My siblings loved her and said she was fun, friendly and professional. They also noted her food was excellent. We would definitely hire her again.
