Eric was responsive in all ways, from showing up on time to communicating with us when challenges were discovered. The condo unit where the new air conditioner was installed had a limited amount of clearance space within the unit. Eric researched the best solution for the space limitation and came up with approaches that did not cost more than the original estimate. I know others would have seen the challenges as an opportunity to tack on additional costs. He was proactive in coming up with a solution to one issue encountered, even though it could have cost him extra by being proactive. Eric takes pride in his work and focuses on pleasing the customer while doing a good job.

My tenants called me at 12:30 to let me know the a/c went out. I posted a thumbtack ad after giving my usual guy a chance to get back to me, which he never did. By 1:30, Eric was headed over to the house and by 4:30, the tenants had cold air blowing! He was professional, knowledgable, honest, and affordably priced as well. He was also able to take a credit card over the phone, which is extremely important to me as I am located pretty far out from my rentals and having to meet up or mail a check can be cumbersome. Will absolutely call again with future work and will also recommend to others.

Daniel installed our split system. He was excellent. Very knowledgeable. The attention to detail by everyone at New Comfort Air along with the follow up lets me know that I made the right decision. Eric and Reggie provided a throw explanation of the installation process and a comprehensive bid. Thanks for a job well done.

Eric was very professional. We needed our entire air conditioning system replaced. He came out and spent quite a bit of time looking at our system and determining what would be needed. His bid was comprehensive and competitive. He warned us ahead of time of any possible complications. The job was completed by two of his employees, but he came out the day of to fully inspect and help. The project was done professionally and efficiently, and our air has been running beautifully ever since. I would highly recommend New Comfort Air and Home Services LLC.

New Comfort exceeded all expectations. Less than 75 minutes from the time I posted my request on Thumbtack -- not 75 minutes from the time I called Eric, but literally 75 minutes from the time I first posted my request -- Eric had my air blowing cold. This was on a Sunday evening. Friendly, very prompt, and explained everything well. I hope never to have another AC emergency on a Sunday evening in August, but New Comfort came through.
