My pricing is designed to be honest and affordable. HVAC services and handyman repairs vary depending on the complexity of the job, but I always provide a clear estimate before starting. There are no surprise charges, and I only recommend work that’s truly needed. I also offer discounted rates for multiple tasks completed in a single visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, I begin by reviewing the details of your project and asking any clarifying questions. I then offer a transparent estimate based on the work needed. During the visit, I inspect the issue, walk you through the options, and only proceed once you’re comfortable with the plan. I complete the repair or installation efficiently, ensure everything is functioning properly, and follow up if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from more than two decades of real-world experience in HVAC systems and home repairs. I learned directly in the field—working with seasoned technicians, mastering diagnostics, system installations, troubleshooting, and proper repair techniques that only years of hands-on work can teach.
