At TruTek, we believe in fully transparent, upfront pricing. We charge an initial service call/diagnostic fee to send one of our expert technicians to your location. Once the issue is identified, you will receive a flat-rate price for the complete repair or installation before any work begins. This means there are no hidden fees or surprise hourly charges. The price we quote is the price you pay. We also offer various seasonal promotions and financing options to help make large investments manageable—just ask your technician or our office staff for current details!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact: You contact us to describe your issue (or book online). Scheduling & Arrival: We schedule a convenient appointment time and confirm a 2-hour arrival window. You'll receive a text/email when your technician is dispatched. Diagnostic: Our expert technician arrives, listens to your concerns, and performs a thorough, non-invasive diagnostic of your system. The TruTek Transparency Breakdown: We use our communication platform to create a video and audio breakdown of the issue, showing you exactly what we found, and presenting our repair options with our flat-rate price. Service: Once you approve the quote, we perform the repair or installation efficiently and professionally. Follow-Up: We show you the after footage of the completed work, ensure your system is running perfectly, and follow up to guarantee your satisfaction.
