- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

There is a $12. fee for same-day cancellation for any reason. You can pay for one session or DISCOUNTS: Save 5% if you pay in advance for 4 - 5 sessions. The credit must be used within two months or the unused balance will be refunded minus the discount. Save 10% if you pay in advance for 8-10 sessions. The credit must be used within five months or the unused balance will be refunded minus the discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I play with and ask the student questions about chess so that I can precisely know their level and then I can taylor a personalized regime that will give them the most benefit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have learned from stronger chess players, obtuse chess manuals and from competing in over 50 nationally rated events over the years.
