Extra services (like oven, fridge, windows, and baseboards) may add to the final price. Bundle discounts are available for recurring cleanings (biweekly or monthly). Our Typical Process for New Customers: Initial Contact & Quote – We start with a brief consultation to understand your cleaning needs, home size, and any special requests. From there, we’ll provide you with a customized quote. Booking & Deposit – To secure your appointment, we require a $50 non-refundable deposit, which goes toward your total service cost. Scheduling – Once the deposit is received, we’ll finalize your booking for the date and time that works best for you. Walkthrough (Optional) – For larger or more detailed cleanings, we may do a quick walkthrough (virtual or in-person) to ensure everything is noted accurately. Cleaning Day – Our team arrives on time, fully equipped, and ready to deliver a top-quality clean. We’ll confirm any areas of focus before starting. Final Check-In – After we’re done, we’ll do a walk-through with you to ensure you’re happy with the results. Your satisfaction is our priority. We pride ourselves on clear communication, professional service, and treating every home with care and respect.
