Marcelo and the team did an amazing job on my front and backyard! It looks like a new home! We rented our home and the yard was in despair and now I’m proud of the yard we have! Instead of doing the one-time cleaning - we’ve hired them for bi-weekly service for the great work that was done at such a reasonable price. We brought in Sterling services to for our medical technical school. Our demands for quality cleaning are extremely high considering live surgeries are performed as well as classroom studies. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a deep clean on the first day of starting a new job. After, it is a general clean up to 5 days a week depending on what the customer needs. The owner personally does the work to ensure quality in the service being provided.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Employees are trained by the owner and are shown what is expected.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
While working I would always notice how dirty it was and the cleaning crew did not seem to be bothered by the complaints. I’ve been on the other side and know what is expected when paying for a services. We pledged to present our best work to our clients.
