Eric diagnosed the problem as a defective hard drive after my iMac crashed and would not restart. This was also after the Apple store first diagnosed the problem as corrupted data and then concluded that my iMac was no longer supported by them.

Eric helped me prepare 5 lap tops that were not working so I could safely use them in a classroom .
He was very accommodating with his time and kept me posted along the way. He also generously put in a special program that the students could use. All the computers work perfectly !! Eric even helped guide me to do a couple extra things that I needed to do and also gave me recourses . He never changed the agreed price and was very honest in all he did. Thank you for everything!

Everything was great! There was a little difficulty in the beginning but Mr. Parker took care of it superbly and in a timely manner. I would recommend him to anyone with computer issues.He did an ace job!
