  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Most Jobs - Flat Rate of $75 - $100 - Diagnostics are always free - Networking jobs are much more involved so charges are by the hour or flat rate depending on the scope of the work - Parts are at cost - Once we have a working relationship I offer limited email support or FB Messenger support - Repeat customers, students, and military additional $10 off

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I have a customer I do work for M-F 6 AM - 3 PM. I am available from 3 PM - 7 PM. Saturday and Sunday as needed.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am self-taught: CompTIA A+ Certification Microsoft Certified Professional A big part of the IT industry is keeping up with the latest in technology changed which is why I continue to self study. Currently working on adding SQL DBA to my list of certified training.
