Alex was great. He called and said he would be available earlier which worked our great. He conducted a test of our network and showed me where the dead spots were in the house and outside. He suggested a product, which was one that was recommended by other network individuals. He installed quickly and set up all my devices and tested. I have never had that quick of upload/ download speed through out my entire house. Will use him for all my iT problems.

This was my first time to use Desert IT, and I was absolutely “blown away” with Alex’s promptness, knowledge, and professionalism! In a matter of minutes, my HP printer was repaired, serviced, and was given a maintenance “check-up” … all for the cost quoted to me for the repair! Alex was "Johnny-on-the-spot." I was an irritating time on the HP web-site with my printer. He responded the same day to my request and figured out the problem very quickly. I've already recommended him to my neighbor and will call him again when I have a problem.
