Alex was great. He called and said he would be available earlier which worked our great. He conducted a test of our network and showed me where the dead spots were in the house and outside. He suggested a product, which was one that was recommended by other network individuals. He installed quickly and set up all my devices and tested. I have never had that quick of upload/ download speed through out my entire house. Will use him for all my iT problems.

I found Alex with Desert IT on Thumbtack. I contacted two contractors to assist with fixing my home Wifi network and setting up a new mesh Wifi system. In addition, I have over 40 devices connected in my 4 story townhouse which needed to be moved to the new network. Alex was very prompt in getting back to me, first on the app, then on the telephone. The communication was timely and excellent. He arrived in a timely fashion, is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He didn’t make me feel like an idiot for not knowing how some basic internet/Wifi/app functions worked! And he gave me great advice and direction on upgrading to fiber. If you have a small or large project, I highly recommend Desert IT. Call them first, you’ll be glad you did!

Alex is very kind hearted, sincere and knowledgeable. He identified several issues and remedied them in an efficient and proficient manner, though due to the severity of issues with the onboard hard drive, had to take the desktop CPU to his Shop. He persisted and successfully salvaged our important data. We are satisfied with the result and would recommend and utilize Alex's services in the future.
