after data doctors told me my laptop mother board was no good and prior to that a company called newegg (don’t ever use them) sold me a water damaged , missing frame bolts and lying to me by saying I was buying 32 go ram lap top for 750. Innovative dx’d the problem in a few minutes. replaced the dead ram sticks and cleaned it up as best the could. works great. thank you Dominic and the Innovative crew

Do not use this company!!!!!! Prince took away my computer because he couldn't fix it at my house. I got it back a week later he switched my brand new processor to his older used one without my permission. When I asked where is my processor he just said he kept it to reduce his costs. The computer died 2 days later I have no warranty, he is not responding when I asked for my money back.

Initial contact was good, company responsive. However, they were no show for scheduled appointment. Received communication that their technician was having car trouble. I attempted to contact them about rescheduling. Also attempted to call number which had a new message that calls were not being accepted. Finally got a communication stating they could not do the work as requested. Essentially I wasted about 2 1/2 hrs of my time waiting for the tech only to find out they could not do the work.
