Introduction: Our business has the ability to plan meals for various events for clients, including weddings, corporate events and other special occasions, and groups ranged from 10 to 300 per event. We possess extensive knowledge of ingredients, the seasonal availability of produce, familiarity with a wide range of ethnic cuisine, knowledge of nutrition and sensitivity to prep times, as well as planning for on-site/off-site events We successfully have grown business through word-of-mouth advertising. We worked with clients to plan menus to fit their budget (price per person cost) and event theme and offered suggestions on menu planning for those who are on special diets or food allergies. We established relationships with vendors for products that include equipment for facility, food product and other items needed to ensure proper preparation for client events.
