- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are not set in stone, pricing depends on type of service requested, location, special requests, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do have my own questionnaire that I have new customers fill out that goes over what exactly they are needing, their favorite meals (vegan or non-vegan), any textures or tastes they hate, any reheated meals they can't stand, allergies, special requests, event details, goals from paying for service, etc. From there, I am able to fully assess and provide a quote. ****PLEASE NOTE:: Although I have my availability marked only in the evenings, I DO have open availability with an advanced notice!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the food industry for over 10 years, I have been cooking vegan food for over 2 years, and I have been cooking for other people for 6 months now - personal chef and catering.
