FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a high-quality professional experience at a great value. Our instructors offer years of experience and have a trustworthy reputation as professional first responders. We pride ourselves in highly trained, experienced instructors, that prepare our students to save lives, not just get a card. Our service begins with a flat rate price of $500 to come to your location. This covers CPR and AED training for up to 10 people. If you have a larger group the cost is $50 per person after 10. We can also provide first aid training as part of the training for an additional cost depending on the needs of the group.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you are interested in being prepared to save a life and want to have a great time in class, then you have found your match. We come to your location so you can practice in the comfort and convenience of your space. We start by really understanding your needs to ensure we set you up with the best class. Once we set you up with the best training to fit your needs, we keep in communication and ensure you have a great experience with us from the start. When it's class time, we set up the class to be fast-paced, engaging, entertaining, practical and fun! We stress an emphasis on team dynamics and team building when doing hands-on scenarios. When you complete class we give your certification day of class. After you complete your class we occasionally check in to ensure all is well.
