- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in keeping things straightforward. Our students appreciate that we don't use high-pressure sales tactics or push people into programs that aren't right for them. We'll take the time to understand your goals, explain your options, and help you find the best path forward. We also offer introductory packages for new students so they can experience our instruction before making a larger commitment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by learning about your goals, experience level, and what you'd like to achieve. Whether you're preparing for a wedding, learning to dance socially, or pursuing competitive goals, we'll create a personalized plan designed specifically for you. Every lesson is completely private, allowing us to focus entirely on your progress and help you learn at a pace that feels comfortable and enjoyable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our instructors are among the industry's top dancers and educators, with extensive training in ballroom, Latin, country, wedding, and social dancing. Scottsdale Dance Lessons was founded by Alex Maslanka, a World Semi-Finalist and highly accomplished professional dancer and instructor. Our team combines elite-level dance expertise with a genuine passion for helping students of all levels succeed.
