- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide affordable pricing for our clients and customized payment solutions for clients if needed. We also offer discount regularly to our existing and new clients. We request an initial retainer ranging from $750 to $1,500 depending on the client's financial situation and complexity of the case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free phone or in-person consultation to potential client. I will evaluate your case, walk you through the related law and my thought process, estimate the cost, and provide legal suggestions at the end no matter if the client hires me or not.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I became a single dad in 2008 and had to seek my own legal counsel to protect my rights as a parent. I learned quickly how stressful and costly litigation can be. My steadfast belief that everyone should have a right to have meaningful roles in their children’s lives and everyone should preserve their rights in divorce led me to start Rose & Associates with a focus on family law.
