Hi, My name is Bruce and I am a professional dog trainer with over 25 years experience helping people better understand their dogs. There are very few dog trainers who have the experience I have and are able to communicate with dogs on the level I do. My main concern when training dogs is that they stay in the same family their entire life. My approach to training is to put the tools and knowledge in the hands of the dog owners so they can continue the training and deal with any future issues that may come up. My sessions are normally two hours. It's important to me in having a part with getting dogs adopted out of these animal shelters and never going back.

Bruce really helped my family out. We were ready to get rid of our puppy for being aggressive and Bruce came in and trained my husband and I on how to train our puppy. Everything he has taught us brought our family back to a peaceful home. Thanks again Bruce

Bruce helped work with our 2.5 year old French Bulldog. He helped us leash train him for when we have guests over to avoid over excitement and jumping on guests. He also help with our pups resource guarding, it was all helpful and we would highly recommend.

I charge by the session and the purpose of my sessions is to address all the issues with their dogs and empower the dog owners to continue the training.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe the best teachers and trainers are the dog owners, so my goal is to guide them to working with their dogs successfully.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned when I was a teenager that I had a gift with working with dogs. I read every training book I could get and went to a dog training school which helped me form my own ideas in how to work with dogs.
