- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are totally negotiable. I understand financial hardships, and I am willing to work with someone. I want what is best for the pet, as well as their owner, and there isn't always a strict pricing system that can fit every customer and every need. I reiterate that I am willing to work with clients on pricing negotiations.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that your groomer/trainer truly loves animals. There are so many in the industry that do it for a paycheck, and don't truly love what they do, and the animals that they provide services for.
