- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Service rates are very competitive and can vary depending on the situation you have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to do a meet-and-greet either at the client's house or at mine. I think it's so important for an owner to see an interaction between their pet and the potential pet sitter.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had experience with pets for over 30 years. I have also dealt with special needs dogs, senior dogs and cats, and I am able to take care of them and administer medication. I also take continuing education classes in Pet Care and health. More importantly I am CPR certified! I believe being as educated as you can really helps not only the pets with their owners in case there is a situation.
