Great! Really nice. TJ explained the problem to me and gave me a few suggestions on how to fix it. I chose to have him do the repair for me. I think it was a reasonable fee and he did the repair quickly.

The plumbing service which included hookup of faucet, drain, disposal, dishwasher, and hot water dispenser was done professionally in a very reasonable time and at reasonable cost. I would gladly hire this company again for my plumbing needs.

Arid plumbing came through with flying colors. This company was able to get me in same-day after having issues with another companies scheduling, pricing and general integrity to give me a second opinion. Arid was able to come sooner then scheduled, as well as ask the important questions and was able to diagnose the real problem and promptly find the best solution to my issue. Furthermore they saved me over $3k in unnecessary repairs. Now that is what I would call a company with both ethics and integrity. We will be using Arid plumbing for all plumbing issues at every one of our clinics for the foreseeable future.

Did great work, relieved a ton of stress for me and my family. Didn’t charge for a visit and quote. Was quick and professional from the initial Thumbtack response to the entire repair process. After arriving and analyzing the need, the tech went to get parts. He spent over two hours- but all the supply sources around were out of what he needed. He came back and did a “temporary repair” (which looked pretty long-term to me). He returned the following day with the correct parts, did the repair, and still charged slightly less than the original quote. Everything is working great! I wanted to tip him as a thank-you for taking care of us, but he let me know he preferred a review, so here we are! (edited: was submitted before I was done writing)
