Edward and his family were amazing in spirit and in deed!!! My carpet was long over due for a clean, and they did a freaking amazing job! I will be using them again!

Eddie and his crew showed up while we had cleaners and other workers in the house. They used corner protection, cleaned the carpets, stretched to fix the gap in the carpet and made it look great in a few hours! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are reasonable and upfront, no hidden charges. We will do free estimates in home or over phone and we offer discounts for seniors and veterans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will explain my process and request pictures of the job depending if it is a carpet/tile cleaning job and can provide a free estimate over the phone. For Air Ducts pictures are not needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified for Air Duct cleaning through AirCare and also certified for carpet repairs and power stretching. Also IICRC certified for Carpet Cleaning
