It appears they are new to thumbtack so had some difficulty communicating. Once We did they sent the electrician who was very knowledgeable and professional knew what needs done .He looked into the transformers for outdoor lighting and discovered they were working correctly.
I received a quote for all the stuff I need taken care of so after comparing it with another vendor I will definitely consider them.

Armando & the Gideon staff deserve 10+ stars! They were very responsive & able to squeeze me into their schedule as I travel a lot & not at home often. They kept me informed of his approximate arrival time & gave me a call/text 30 minutes prior. Armando arrived promptly who is extremely professional; knowledgeable & personable. His customer service is above & beyond! He took the time to explain everything to me; gave me an estimate & was able to complete the electrical work the same afternoon/evening. A few days ago. I had an amazing Halloween party for my children and all the kids in the family. I had an emergency with the panel box. Had to do with all the lighting I had set up for the evening party. After calling a few electric companies. Not could help me out that very same evening. Luckily for me I found a link to this company In a local neighborhood website. He was amazing and amazing is only word to describe him. He got to my Phoenix downtown home within the hour. Another hour passed by and this young fellow Armando was complete and ready to leave. I was surprised on the final amount due I would have thought it was much much more. So I will recommend him in any future jobs. We also like to thank him again for all his help and all he does. Thanks Armando!
